Hands down, Darlene's guacamole! She even brought a little dish of finely chopped Serrano chilies, just for me, to spice it up! Wow was it good. Darlene, you can't move to Las Vegas until you give me your recipe, I'm going to block the moving van if need be...

You are too kind! I look forward to your tri tip every six months and was very dissappointed I had to miss it this time...very jealous when Jon came home and shared how wonderful it was! I will try to figure out how much of what I put in the guac...yes, it's one of THOSE recipes! Yesterday was quite a feast both physically and spiritually, lots to digest...
